| I had left the corporation in August of 2011 and had no more contact with the

| remaining board members except for a few e-mails.

| I had asked the remaining board members if they wanted to transfer the web site

| to their name and got no response so I let it expire.

| The actual web page you are seeing is from a backup I had made of everything except
|
| for the blog many months earlier. The blog was a sql database and never got backed |
| up so it is lost forever.
